A "Tales of Transformation" Story

Nick was a middle-aged actor who had a lot of trouble finding work most of the year. He was out of shape, aging, prematurely grey and didn’t have a strong work ethic. The one thing he could count on to fill up his dwindling bank account was seasonal work.

Nick may not have been a good actor, but he was a spectacular Santa Claus. So every year he’d sign up for his regular gig as a Mall Santa, and delight children and families as the jolliest of Santas.

Until this year.

This year, the mall wanted something different. More contemporary. A slimmer, healthier Santa. Problem was that Nick had just a few short days to lose his Santa belly, an impossible task.

But Christmas is made for miracles, and Nick is about to experience a miracle he never expected.
